About the Job

The BYPPO Marketing team plays a major role in establishing deep relationships with the local markets and communities we operate in. They represent the soul of our business.  As Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with the Marketing Team to lead team meetings, carry out campaigns, and oversee long-term strategic marketing planning.  

 

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of generalist marketing experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Structured problem solver with project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong customer-centric approach - you are constantly thinking about how our customers interact with the brand.

  • The ability to take the initiative in a constantly changing fast-paced work environment and a willingness to adapt as necessary.

Objectives of your role:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and oversee the BYPPO marketing team on a regular basis.

  • Develop and carry out strategic marketing campaigns. 

  • Identify unique local marketing opportunities that align with our goals (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver campaigns

  • Communicate with the marketing team and overall BYPPO team on progress.

  • Recruit and train marketing team members as necessary. 

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support

  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with company executives about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
