About the Job

We are seeking to hire a social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.



  • 3+ years of experience managing social media channels and running innovative social media campaigns that drive results.

  • Working towards or already has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of how brands should use social to show up authentically.

  • Expert in developing social marketing strategies that are native to each channel and that can deliver tangible results

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and use social data to inform decision-making.

  • At the cutting edge of social trends and culture, knowing how to credibly and sensitively harness them while maintaining brand safety and values.

  • Experience running influencers campaigns and how they can be used to extend social campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of how paid and organic content and strategies work together.

  • Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities

  • Background in editorial planning and experience in content creation


What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for BYPPO & BYPPOCampus social media activity

  • Create an impactful social activity that leads to an improvement in brand favorability and trust.

  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

  • Partner with internal & agency teams to execute integrated social activity for brand and product campaigns, helping the brand to break through and shape culture

  • Establish an ownable social strategy and editorial approach that delivers beats of always-relevant social content aligned with our marketing objectives

  • Manage our BYPPO social media and marketing calendar

  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

  • Oversee company social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
