Promotion Rules

What is the ByppoFriends Referral Program?
Byppo is currently offering the opportunity for users to earn a bonus for inviting their friends. Additionally, friends who use referral links can earn a $5.00 bonus.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the BYPPOFriends Referral Discount Program, both you (the “referrer”), and referred persons:

Both of you must be at least 18 years of age.

The referrer (you) Must have a valid BYPPO account. Your friend must create a new and valid BYPPO account with your referral code.

Both of you agree to receive emails and text messages regarding the Referral Program and other Byppo marketing promotions.

Your referred friend must apply the referral code when creating the new BYPPO account. (Cannot apply after the friend’s account has already been created).

Your referred friend must place a qualifying order, which meets the following criteria:

The order subtotal exceeds $5, before taxes and any applicable fees.

The order is placed within 14 days of the day that he or she created the new BYPPO account.

The order is placed in the same account that the referral person initially created.

How does the Program work?
When you register for this program, you will receive a personalized referral code that you will be able to share with your friends. Your friends will have 14 days after creating their new account to use the referral code to receive their discount. For each new Referred friend that successfully creates a new account and places their first-time BYPPO order using your personalized code, you will receive a $5.00 discount within 24 hours, subject to any technical difficulties beyond Byppo’s control.
There is no maximum as to the number of Referred persons for which you will be given credit. Your $5 discount will be applied to your account immediately after your friend places an order with the referral code.
Your friend will also receive a $5.00 discount on his or her initial order.
How many referral bonuses can I get by inviting my friends?
There is no cap on the number of friends you can refer and the number of discounts you can earn. Your discounts never expire. Additional terms apply.
BYPPOFriends Program Terms
1. The discount cannot be used to receive cash. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts. If the amount of the discount does not fully cover the order subtotal, the difference will be charged to the discount holder in accordance with standard ordering procedures.
2. Prohibited Uses
This offer is made to you solely for your personal referrals. You are not permitted to: (i) distribute or commercialize this offer through any third-party site, or (ii) as the Referred person attempt to redeem multiple first-time offers. Any violation of these prohibited uses or these Official Rules, including the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, will subject you to remedies, including without limitation, terminating your BYPPO account. All code redemptions will be deemed to have been redeemed by the owner of the email account used to place the order that is associated with the offer's redemption.
3. Remedies
BYPPO reserves the right to not honor the outstanding discount offers, or any portion of them, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond BYPPO’S reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer or the program, as determined by BYPPO in its sole discretion. BYPPO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action against any person it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Program Rules or any other promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, BYPPO reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any failure by BYPPO to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Byppo is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Byppo.
4. Notice of Program Modification, Suspension or Termination
BYPPO reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Program at any time for any reason. All discounts earned at the time of any modification, suspension or termination will continue to be valid. Notice of any modification, suspension or termination will be posted at: Byppo.com.
If you refer a friend to the Program prior to Byppo’s termination or modification of the program, you and such referees will still be eligible to earn the discounts even if the referee does not fulfill the eligibility requirements) before such termination or modification.
5. Customer Information
By participating in the referral program, you agree that Byppo may disclose customer information about you to persons who refer you to Byppo or who you refer to Byppo in accordance with Byppo’s Privacy policy, which you may access at byppo.com/privacy.
6. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by Florida law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Byppo Customer User Agreement. Any questions relating to the Program will be resolved in Byppo’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Program will be final and binding.
