BYPPOFriends Referral Program Promotion Rules

WHAT IS THE BYPPOFRIENDS REFERRAL PROGRAM?

BYPPOCAMPUS is offering users the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends! When you refer a friend, you get a $5 bonus when they sign up and another $5 when they place their first order. Your friend also gets $5 on their first order using your referral code.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the BYPPOFriends Referral Program:

​

• You (the “referrer”) and your referred friend must be at least 18 years old.

• The referrer must have a valid BYPPO account.

• The referred person must create a new and valid BYPPO account using your referral code at the time of account creation.

• Both parties agree to receive marketing communications from BYPPOCAMPUS.

• The referred friend must place an order with a subtotal of more than $5 (before taxes and fees) within 14 days of account creation for the referrer to get the second $5 bonus.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

• Share your personal referral code with friends.

• You earn $5 when your friend creates a BYPPO account using your code. Referral bonuses and discounts can only be applied toward delivery orders and will expire 7 days after the referred friend signs up.

• You earn an additional $5 when they place their first qualifying order and will expire within 7 days.

• Your friend also receives a $5 discount that they can use on their first order.

• Bonuses will be credited to your account within 24 hours, subject to system performance.

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer or how many rewards you can earn.

TERMS OF USE

• Rewards are issued as promotional discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

• If an order exceeds the value of the discount, the remaining balance will be charged as usual.

• All referral activity must comply with BYPPOCAMPUS’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

PROHIBITED USES

• You may not publish or distribute your referral code on third-party platforms or for commercial gain.

• You may not create multiple accounts to self-refer or game the system.

• Any abuse of the program may result in disqualification and account suspension.

PROGRAM ADJUSTMENTS

BYPPOCAMPUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time. All rewards earned prior to changes will remain valid.

PRIVACY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION

By participating, you agree that BYPPOCAMPUS may share limited referral-related information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All decisions by BYPPOCAMPUS regarding the program are final.
