1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
   
   I understand that food delivery involves risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, theft, illness, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
   
    

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
   
   To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release and discharge BYPPOCAMPUS, LLC, its officers, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or losses arising out of my delivery activities, including those caused by negligence.
   
    

3. INDEMNIFICATION
   
   I agree to defend and hold harmless BYPPOCAMPUS, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from my actions or omissions while performing deliveries.
   
    

4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
   
   I understand I am not an employee of BYPPOCAMPUS, LLC. I am responsible for my own vehicle, insurance, licenses, and taxes.
   
    

5. NO INSURANCE COVERAGE
   
   I understand BYPPOCAMPUS, LLC does not provide me with health, accident, or liability insurance. I am solely responsible for my own coverage.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
   
   I have read and understand this waiver. I know I am giving up legal rights, including the right to sue BYPPOCAMPUS, LLC. I agree to be bound by this waiver.

All Delivery Heroes must agree and sign electronically to this agreement to be an approved BYPPO Delivery Hero and to accept deliveries.
