Student Runner Management
BYPPOCAMPUS is a full-service, student-run, on-campus delivery program. BYPPO recruits and manages student Runners, provides the software platform, and handles delivery logistics and support.
Only approved students from the campus deliver orders. Runners operate as independent contractors and are managed by BYPPOCAMPUS.
Insulated bags are optional but recommended for food safety. BYPPO-branded bags may be used, but any insulated food delivery bag is acceptable.
BYPPOCAMPUS recruits, onboards, trains, and manages all student Runners. The university or campus administrators do not need to handle hiring, scheduling, or daily runner management.

The Orders page shows Active, Pre-Orders, Completed, and All Orders. Vendors should keep the Vendor Portal open during operating hours.
Tap “Begin Prep,” then “Ready for Pickup,” and finally “Completed” as the order moves through the workflow.
“Begin Prep” confirms the order is accepted and being prepared. Vendors should review the order promptly before beginning preparation.
The order may auto-cancel or require support review depending on the campus setup and order status. Vendors should keep the portal open and sound enabled to avoid missing orders.
Vendors may be able to cancel before accepting or beginning preparation if the order cannot be fulfilled. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may be restricted and support may need to review.
If possible, contact the customer to offer a substitute. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact BYPPO support or follow campus cancellation procedures.
The default cap is $50 per order, but this can be adjusted by the campus.
If customer contact information is provided for order issues, vendors may contact the customer about substitutions, missing items, or urgent food-related questions.
Vendor-to-Runner contact options depend on the campus setup. If a Runner issue occurs, contact BYPPO support.
Contact BYPPO support. BYPPO will review the order, Runner status, and next steps based on the campus workflow.
Update the order status accurately and let the Runner know the estimated wait time. Mark “Ready for Pickup” only when the order is actually ready.
Contact BYPPO support immediately so the team can review the order and prevent incorrect delivery.
