GAINESVILLE, Florida - In a new venture of Byppo Technologies (“Byppo”), a local food delivery service founded by a Gator Alumna, a revolutionary dining service is coming to the University of Florida campus: BYPPOCampus. Launching this fall, BYPPOCampus is an on-campus food delivery service program that hires students to directly deliver food to other students. Partnering with Aramark, a global leader of services in food and beyond, Byppo’s new service provides a solution to the unique demand for food in the college community.
Victoria Liu, Founder and CEO of Byppo Technologies, LLC, is a double Gator and established the company just before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. After graduating in 2019 from the Fisher School of Accounting with both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting, Victoria wanted to provide an affordable, yet innovative, online food ordering and delivery system that worked for everyone. Since then, Byppo has cultivated multiple new services in various cities throughout the country.
“The idea for Byppo was born at halftime during my first Gator football game. From there, Byppo has gone from an on-campus startup to an impactful business located at the heart of the Gainesville/UF community,” Victoria said about Byppo. “I am thrilled to bring Byppo to Gator Dining and provide a safe and fun way to explore and experience the convenient campus food scene while getting to connect with fellow Gators!”
BYPPOCampus expands on Byppo’s mission of providing a localized dining experience by creating a food delivery system for on-campus users and student employees. With the goal of being entirely staffed by students, BYPPOCampus benefits students by employing fellow Gators and creating a convenient and personalized food experience. Not only are students fueling their own economy, but also creating an eco-friendly networking opportunity in the heart of the campus community. Student delivers will exclusively use energy efficient scooters, public transportation, bikes, and walking to deliver food from on-campus locations.
Through the BYPPOCampus app, students and young professionals can safely, and sustainably, connect and earn extra cash. Launching this fall, BYPPOCampus is partnering with Aramark to deliver this unique and never-seen-before service to the University of Florida community.

According to Liu, this partnership will solve three key issues: (1) providing a safe, eco-friendly, and convenient food service option for campus-goers; (2) enabling students to earn extra money without leaving campus; and (3) creating a fun environment for students to connect on campus.
BYPPOCampus will have its first official launch at the University of Florida on August 24th, 2021, the second day of the fall semester. There will be live music, food trucks, and lots of free food!
