Even after moving to Florida to be with family, Mike couldn't let go of his dream of bringing authentic cheesesteaks to Tampa. He started experimenting, aiming for the perfect combination of beef, cheese, salt, pepper, and toppings. And thus, Mikeeo's Cheesesteaks was born. Located inside the Ybor City Food Mart, Mikeeo's Cheesesteaks benefits from its prime spot. However, Mikeeo's actually started as a food truck. The transition into a brick and mortar was aimed at expansion, bringing the flavors of Philly to a wider audience. And expand they did, capturing the hearts (and taste buds) of locals and tourists alike. Now, you can not only savor their mouthwatering cheesesteaks but also complement your meal with an array of goodies available in the mart.
