One of our favorites was their "fiore di zucca," tempura-fried squash blossoms stuffed with creamy ricotta cheese. It's an appetizer that's both delicate and decadent. We also really enjoyed the pasta alla nerano. This dish combines perfectly al dente pasta with crispy zuccini chips, basil oil and fresh parmesan cheese. The blend of ingredients showcases the simplicity and elegance of Italian cuisine
Also incredible is the wine list at Like Mike. Each wine is meticulously tasted, evaluated and compared to ensure an exceptional pairing for your meal. While 65% of the wines are traditional Italian classics, the rest comprise a delightful selection of international imports from various regions.
Why the name "Like Mike"? It's a heartfelt tribute to Lucio's dear friend, Mike, who departed this world too soon. Mike was a true enthusiast of life, love, celebrations, and, of course, food. In his honor, Lucio embarked on the mission to open a restaurant in Miami, and he named it "Like Mike." Now, the team strives to do things "like Mike" with passion, purpose, and love in everything they do.
