Chester and Stephany are the owners of Bleu Bird Wings and parents to two beautiful kids. Chester was born here in our very own city of Gainesville,FL, but was raised in the Daytona area. He came back to Gainesville to study and then dedicated many years of his life to managing different restaurants around Florida and Alabama. In 2010 he came back to Gainesville opened up Chuys on 34th street, and met his sweetheart Stephany. After moving again in 2020, a business opportunity brought them back to Gainesville and on January 10th, 2022 they were the new owners of Bleu Bird Wings & Chicken Co.
Bleu Bird Wings is not your typical wings sports bar. This is a place that is filled with lovely people that will make you feel like you're at home. With delicious wings, cheap good beer, and Sunday Ticket on Directv; it's the best place to sit back, relax and watch some football without the screams and craziness of sports bars around town. Voted top 3 of the best wings in Gainesville, waiting to be voted number 1, this place has it all. And let’s not forget their MONDAY PROMOTION: $0.75 Wings every Monday (in-store only).
Their menu is filled with mouth-watering options that work for everyone in the family. There are in-bone wings, boneless, tenders, burgers, wraps, salads, and chicken sandwiches, with different sauces, and make-it-your-own options. Everything is made the old fashion way: fresh and made in-house. It's the place to enjoy yourself and watch some football while sipping on a beer and devouring some wings. Coming from a person who orders boneless most of the time, the wings in Bleu bird are something else.
